Legion

'Legion' is a ballet for six dancers, set to music for piano and voice. Lee was intensely drawn to the theme of the dark, hidden side we all possess, the demons of the subconscious, the fears and nightmares, and how they affect us on the outside.
The title 'Legion' is a reference to the Bible which features a passage on inner demons: And He asked him, "What is thy name?" And he answered, saying "My name is Legion: for we are many."By giving these shadows a face, Lee is visualising duality and conflict.
