The Hole Ohad Naharin
Ohad Naharin is recognized world-wide as one of the most innovative dance makers of his generation for his compelling choreographic craft and inventive vocabulary. NDT is thrilled to revisit for the second time Naharin’s monumental work The Hole (2013) in our new NDT Black Box, an intimate setting for small audiences.

Jiří Kylián
On the occasion of Jiří Kylián’s 75th birthday, we celebrate this inspired maker with three significant works created for NDT that speak to his artistic vision over time, and are exemplary of Kylian’s extraordinary craft and contribution to dance and the development of the company.

Now here, Now always, a triple bill evoking a virtuosity of expression from the NDT 2 dancers, features work by long-time collaborators Marco Goecke and Alexander Ekman, and a new voice to the company Andrew Skeels.*

Own creations by the NDT dancers
The dancers of NDT 1 and NDT 2 organize a unique programme every year: Switch. An evening entirely composed by the dancers, of which the entire revenue will be donated to a charity fund chosen by them. The performance is filled with new choreographies created by the dancers. In addition to the artistic content, the production, fundraising and marketing efforts are also the dancers’ responsibilities.

Full-length world premiere Marco Goecke
Marco Goecke is viewed as one of the most unique choreographic voices today. His distinct style explores the boundaries of dance, making it quintessentially his own. Since 2008, he has been creating for NDT. In the Dutch Mountains will mark Goecke’s first full-length creation for the company.*

Climb the sky introduces Noé Soulier, an inspiring new voice to the company, highlights Crystal Pite’s first time collaboration with NDT 2 for her work Ten Duets on a Theme of Rescue, and restages Johan Inger’s Out of Breath.

Raw are the roots presents two exciting world premieres by internationally acclaimed artists Felix Landerer, and choreographic duo Sharon Eyal & Gai Behar.
